1. Complainant-petitioner has preferred this Criminal Misc.

Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the F.I.R.

No.405/2021 registered at Police Station Ringas, District Sikar

(Raj.).

2. It is contended by counsel for the complainant-petitioner that

there was matrimonial dispute between the parties. Now they

have settled their dispute and they do not wish to proceed further

with the F.I.R. They have also filed an application under Section

13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court.

3. Counsel for the accused-respondent has no objection to

quashing of the F.I.R.

4. I have considered the contension.

5. In view of the fact that there was matrimonial dispute which

has been resolved between the parties. Parties moved an

application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act before

the Family Court seeking divorce by mutual consent and

complainant-petitioner does not wish to proceed further with the

F.I.R. and compromise has also arrived at between the parties,

which is on record, I deem it proper to allow the petition.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed. F.I.R.

No.405/2021 registered at Police Station Ringas, District Sikar

(Raj.) is quashed.

7. Stay application also stands disposed of.
