It has been submitted on behalf of the parties that petitioner
and respondent-complainant have entered into an amicable
settlement. Payment has been made to the satisfaction of the
cheque amount. Now, the petitioner does not want to press the
matter further. Therefore, it is submitted that in view of the
compromise between the parties, the petition may be allowed and
the petitioner may be acquitted of the charges under Section 138
NI Act. Original deed of compromise has been placed on record
which has been verified by Registrar (Judicial).
In view of the compromise between the parties, judgments
of conviction and sentence of the trial court dated 18.06.2018 and
Appellate Court dated 19.11.2019, are hereby quashed and set

aside. The petitioner is acquitted of the charge under Section 138
NI Act.
Revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
