Order

24/11/2021 S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No. 582/2015 :

This revision petition has been preferred against the

judgment dated 19.03.2015 passed by the court of Sessions

Judge, Sikar (the appellate court) in Criminal Appeal No.07/2015,

(2 of 2) [CRLR-582/2015]

whereby the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Sikar (the trial court) in Criminal Case No.23/2014,

was modified.

It has been submitted on behalf of the parties that the

parties have entered into an amicable settlement. The accused-

petitioner and complainant/respondent have appeared before the

Registrar (Judicial) and got the compromise deed verified.

It is further submitted that in view of the compromise

between the parties, the petition may be allowed and the

petitioner may be acquitted of the charges under Sections 341,

323 and 325 of IPC.

Heard both the parties.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties,

the petition is disposed of. Judgments of trial court dated

03.12.2014 as well as the Appellate Court dated 19.03.2015 are

hereby quashed and set aside and the petitioner is acquitted of

charges under Sections 341, 323 and 325 of IPC.

S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No. 758/2015 :

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the petition in view of the compromise entered into

between the parties.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
