Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this

petition with a request to direct the learned trial Court to decide

the pending application/fresh application under Section 451/457

Cr.P.C. within two weeks.

In view of the urgency involved in the matter, learned

counsel for the State and the Mining Department have not

opposed the prayer.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a

direction to the learned trial Court to decide the pending

application/fresh application, if any, filed by the petitioners under

Section 451/457 Cr.P.C. within two weeks from the date of

application/production of a certified copy of this order.
