Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was
a tenant who had handed over the vacant possession of the
property way back in the year 2010. No dispute is subsisting
between the parties.
Learned AAG is directed to ask the Investigating Officer to
enquire from the complainant as to whether possession has been
handed over to the complainant and as to whether any dispute
subsist between the parties.
