DELAY CONDONATION APPLICATION:

In view of the fact that the impugned judgment rendered by

the learned Single Judge and the appeal filed by the Jodhpur

Municipal Corporation would fall within the Corona exemption

period provided by the Supreme Court by its plenary order dated

23.03.2020, the objection of delay is overruled.

IN APPEAL

Issue notice of the appeal as well as stay application to the

respondents, returnable on 4th January, 2021.

The impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge shall

stand stayed.
