Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

transfer order dated 30.09.2021 is clearly contrary to judgment of

this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of Kiran Kumari

Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

The matter requires consideration.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition also.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, accepts notice on behalf of the

respondents and prays for some time to complete his instructions.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated

30.09.2021 (Annex.2) qua the petitioner shall remains tayed.
