1. After arguing for some time, Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel

for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ

petition, however, with a liberty to challenge the order dated

17.08.2021 in an appeal, if required to be filed by the petitioner

(2 of 2) [CW-13004/2021]

against the final judgment to be passed by the Rent Tribunal in

Case No.92/2017(CIS No.8/2017).

2. Permission granted.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.

4. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
