Learned AAG appearing on behalf of appellant-State has

submitted that the learned Single Judge of this Court vide

impugned order dated 04.12.2018 has allowed SBCWP

No.18521/2018 (Mahendra & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

while relying upon the decision dated 27.11.2018 rendered by the

learned Single Judge of this Court in Revant Ram Meghwal &

Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP

No.13731/2018) and other connected writ petitions, however,

the said decision dated 27.11.2018 rendered in Revant Ram

Meghwal's case (supra) has been reversed by the Division Bench

of this Court vide judgment dated 31.07.2019 rendered in State

of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors.

(DBSAW No.124/2019) and the same judgment has been

affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court while deciding the SLP.

In view of the above, issue notice of the application under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act, returnable within a period of six

weeks.
