The present writ petition has been preferred challenging the

order dated 31.7.2019 (Annex.4), vide which, the petitioner had

been transferred.

The said transfer order has been stayed by this Court on

7.8.2019 and the interim order is still in vogue.

The interim order dated 7.8.2019 is, hereby, made absolute.

The present writ petition stands allowed. The impugned

order dated 31.7.2019 is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner.

It is made clear that in case of administrative exigencies so

warrants, the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh transfer

order.

The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
