The matter comes up on an application at the instance of

respondent No.2-complainant for issuing direction to the trial court

i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1 (NI Act Cases), Sri

Ganganagar for disbursement of amount as deposited by the

petitioner with it in pursuance of the directions issued by this

Court vide order dated 13.12.2017.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. The trial court i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate

No.1 (NI Act Cases), Sri Ganganagar is directed to disburse the

amount in favour of the respondent No.2-complainant, which was

deposited by the petitioner with it in pursuance of the directions

issued by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017.
