Ghanchi & Ors Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SB Civil Writ

Petition No.7273/2020, decided on 19.01.2021.

2. Mr. Rajpurohit, learned AAG, prays for and is granted four

weeks' time to file reply.

3. Having regard to the facts of the present case, and in view of

the judgment dated 19.01.2021, it is hereby ordered that the

respondents shall not dispense with petitioners' engagement in

furtherance of the office order dated 27.02.2021, in the

meantime.
