An application under Order I, Rule 10 CPC has been filed by

the appellants for impleading Bagicha Singh S/o Baj Singh as

party respondent to the present appeal as it is indicated that after

passing of the judgment dated 13.03.2014, the land has been

transferred by Paramjeet Kaur to Bagicha Singh.

The proposed respondent has been served and Mr. H.R.

Chawla has filed power on his behalf. No response to the

application has been filed.

In view of the submissions made in the application, the same

is allowed. Bagicha Singh S/o Baj Singh is permited to be

impleaded as party respondent No.5 to the present appeal.

Amended cause title be filed within a period of three weeks.
