The matter comes up on an application at the instance of the

appellant seeking extension of the date of appearance before this

Court to mark his attendance in pursuance of the order dated

17.02.2020.

The counsel for the appellant assures this Court that the

appellant shall remain present for attendance on the date as fixed

by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the appellant

and for reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. Now the appellant is directed to appear before the

Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 26.04.2021

for his attendance.
