25/03/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner, without arguing the

matters on merits, has submitted that he does not want to press

these criminal misc. bail applications, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioner to file fresh bail application before the trial court

after filing of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, these criminal misc. bail applications

preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is

dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
