This criminal misc. application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner with the prayer for extension of time of furnishing

personal bond along with two sureties as directed by this Court

vide order dated 22.04.2020 passed in SBCRLMB No.1386/2020

while granting bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

petitioner has failed to furnish personal bond as well as the

sureties as directed by this Court in its order dated 22.04.2020

passed in SBCRLMB No.1386/2020, as the order dated 22.04.2020

was not communicated to him. It is prayed that one week's time

may be granted to the petitioner to furnish personal bond as well

as two sureties as per the order dated 22.04.2020 passed in

SBCRLMB No.1386/2020. It is further submitted that the

petitioner is still in jail and has not been released.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it

appropriate to allow this criminal misc. application

Accordingly, this criminal misc. application is allowed and the

time to furnish personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two

sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each, as directed by

this Court vide order dated 22.04.2020 passed in SBCRLMB

No.1386/2020, is extended for one week from today.

The other conditions mentioned in the order dated

22.04.2020 passed in SBCRLMB No.1386/2020 shall remain the

same.
