1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

had already furnished representations dated 10.07.2019 and

02.01.2020, with request to give him joining in light of the

judgments of this Court, yet nothing has been done.

2. The present writ petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction

to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with photo

copies of the relevant judgments and other documents before the

respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today.

3. In case representation is so addressed, the respondent No.2

is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, preferably

within eight weeks of its receipt.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
