1. Mr. Godara, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

while challenging the order dated 10.2.2020 whereby petitioner

has been transferred from Surajgarh, Jhunjhunu to Jodhpur

submits that petitioner's wife, so also, his son is suffering from

cancer and thus, the respondents be directed to cancel his

transfer order or to provide him appropriate posting.

2. In the facts of the present case, the present writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a

comprehensive representation alongwith the documentary

evidence of ailment of his wife and his son alongwith certified copy

of the order instant within a period of two weeks from today.

3. On receipt of the representation, the competent authority

shall consider the same in accordance with law having due regard

to the petitioner's hardship within a period of four weeks

thereafter.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

petitioner's representation has been issued only with a view to

ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same

may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation

in a particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
