1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner

seeking a direction to the respondent to give joining to the

petitioner as per his merit in the merit list of teacher Gr.III.

2. After the order of posting, the petitioner made

representation for being posted at School where the posts were

still vacant. However, the respondents did not pass any order on

the said representation.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh detailed representation

and the respondents may be directed to decide the said

representation expeditiously.

4. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner may

approach the respondents with appropriate representation

mentioning all the facts and raising his grievances and it is

expected from the respondents to decide the representation most

expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the

date the representation is made along with copy of this order.

5. In case the petitioner has any grievance qua disposal of the

representation, he would be free to seek appropriate remedies in

accordance with law.

6. The writ petition so also the stay application stands disposed

of accordingly.
