1. Mr. Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the impugned order dated 31.12.2020, sending the petitioner

from Panchayat Samiti, Bilara to any other Panchayat Samiti, out

of the Assembly Area, is contrary to the judgment dated

20.01.2020, of this Court, rendered in Chandrakanta Vs. State of

Raj. & Ors.

2. The matter requires consideration.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

                                   4.   Meanwhile,   effect    and     operation        of       the   orders   dated

31.12.2020, 06.01.2021 and 25.02.2021, qua the petitioner, shall

remain stayed.
