Judgment / Order

05/03/2021 The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.22/2020, PS Bagra, District Jalore and all consequential proceedings for offences under Sections 419, 420, 447, 467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 04.03.2021 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file final report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.

Stay application also dismissed.
