Judgment

05/03/2021 Heard. Perused the material available on record. There is a pertinent allegation of the material prosecution eye-witnesses that the appellant herein and the co-accused Vagaram inflicted sharp-edged injuries to the deceased Deep Singh. As per the postmortem report, all the three injuries noticed on the dead body of the deceased Deep Singh, when autopsy was conducted, were described as stab wounds. In this view of the matter, the case of the appellant Dayaram and the co-accused Vagaram is distinguishable from that of the six accused persons whose application for SOS has been been accepted by this Court.

Accordingly, the instant application for SOS is dismissed as being devoid of merit.
