Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner has surrendered before the concerned jail authorities

after availing fifteen days' interim bail granted by a Co-ordiante

Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.2.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press

this bail application, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file

a fresh bail application before the trial court after filing of the

charge-sheet.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty sought for.
