Judgment
03/03/2021
The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this misc.
petition under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of the FIR
No.132/2020, registered at Police Station Kalinjara, District
Banswara for the offence under Section 420 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record a factual
report which indicates that the petitioner has been given repeated
notices to surrender before the trial court in terms of the order
dated 12.06.2020 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application
No.6102/2020, however, the petitioner has not complied with the
directions given by this Court.
In this view of the matter and considering the nature and
gravity of allegations levelled against the petitioner, it is not
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-1802/2020]
considered to be a fit case for interfering in the impugned FIR
while exercising inherent powers of this Court.
Accordingly, the instant misc. petition is rejected as being
devoid of merit.
