These two miscellaneous petitions under Section 482 CrPC

have been filed by the accused petitioners seeking quashing of the

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-3048/2020]

FIR No.62/2020 registered at the Police Station Raisingh Nagar,

District Sri Ganganagar for the offence under Section 406 and 420

IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record factual report

of the Investigating Officer, as per which, the negative Final

Report has been submitted in the Court concerned on 24.02.2021

with the conclusion that the dispute is of civil nature.

With the above observations, the instant miscellaneous

petition as well as the stay application are disposed of as

infructuous.
