Judgment / Order

02/03/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner through his wife has filed an application seeking permanent parole before the respondents, which is still pending. Therefore, a direction be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's application as early as possible.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.

In view of limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's application for permanent parole within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
