The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner

seeking quashing of FIR No.09/2020, Police Station Bhaniyana,

District Jaisalmer for the offences under Sections 363 & 511 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report as

per which, thorough investigation was conducted and the case of

the complainant was found to be false. A negative final report

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-2138/2020]

No.18/20 has been submitted in the competent court on

08.09.2020.

In this view of the matter, the instant misc. petition as well

as the stay application have become infructuous and are disposed

of as such.
