As per defect, as pointed out by the Registry, bail in favour of

the present accused-petitioner has already been granted by the

coordinate Bench of this Court vide S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail

Application No. 7429/2021, decided on 16.06.2021. (original file

of Bail No. 7429/2021 is attached with the present file).

Learned counsel now appearing for the petitioner through

video conferencing stated that he has been appointed to assist the

Court on behalf of the present accused-petitioner by the District

Legal Services Authority.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is opinion that

the present bail application (No. 8205/2021) has been rendered

redundant and has become infructuous.

As a result, the present bail application is dismissed as

having become infructuous.
