This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a

grievance that the respondents are laying sewerage pipeline in

the khatedari land of the petitioners without acquiring the land or

without following due process of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though

the petitioners represented before the authority concerned by way

of a written representation requesting them not to lay sewerage

pipeline in the khatedari land of the petitioners but the

respondents are bent upon to lay the said sewerage pipeline

illegally.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

after going through the material available on record, this Court

deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to

the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Tehsildar,

Nathdwara raising their grievances. If any such representation is

filed by the petitioners, it is expected that the Tehsildar,

Nathdwara shall consider and decide the same expeditiously,

preferably within three days from the date of filing of the

representation.

Ordered accordingly.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
