Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the
controversy involved in the present appeal stands already covered
by the judgment of Division Bench in D.B Special Appeal Writ No.
252/2019 dated 24.04.2020 passed by the Principal Seat of this
Court at Jodhpur whereby the special appeal preferred by the
State of Rajasthan against the judgment dated 07.05.2018 passed
by the learned Single Judge was allowed and the similar writ
petition was dismissed.
Therefore, the instant special appeal preferred by the
appellants-Girija Yadav and others is also dismissed in terms of
the order passed by Principal Seat at Jodhpur in D.B Special
Appeal Writ No. 252/2019.
