Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
has expired and therefore, his Legal Representatives be taken on
record.
The same is allowed.
Amended cause title to be placed on record accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that an
application has been moved for withdrawing of the writ petition as
(2 of 2) [CW-243/2015]
the writ petition challenges the prosecution sanction against the
deceased petitioner, which has rendered infructuous.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
