The cause-title is directed to be corrected in the court as per

the order of the court.

This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

in connection with FIR No.319/2021 registered at Police Station,

Hanumangarh Junction District Hanumangarh for offence under

Section(s) 16/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material available on

record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the

charge-sheet has already been filed as stated by the learned

counsel for the petitioner and the cases pending against the

petitioner are of the year 2014-2017, but without commenting

further on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge

the petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered

that the accused petitioner - Govind Singh S/o Gyan Singh, be

released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with

aforesaid FIR provided the petitioner furnishes a personal bond of

Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction

of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that he shall

comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3)

Cr.P.C.
