This bail application under Section 439 CrPC has been filed

by the petitioners in connection with FIR No.98/2021 registered at

Police Station Ratangarh, District Churu for offence under Section

8/15 of the NDPS Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Looking to the nature of allegation and role of the petitioners

and that a huge quantity of the contraband- 20 Quintal 80

kilograms Opium has been recovered, I am not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioners.

The bail application is dismissed.
