1. Mr. Vikram Singh Bhati, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is

squarely covered by judgment dated 15.12.2020 rendered by this

Court in a bunch of writ petitions led by Anadu Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition No.104/2020).

2. Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, learned counsel for the respondents

submits that so far as, the question of law involved in the present

writ petition is concerned, the same is covered by the judgment

rendered in case of Anadu (supra), but it is noteworthy that

petitioner's medical examination conducted by the respondents

revealed that the petitioner is having less than 40% disability.

3. The writ petition is allowed in terms of the judgment

rendered in the case of Anadu (supra), as in case of Anadu, this

Court has held that medical examination cannot be done and set

aside the very re-examination of the candidates.

4. Stay petition stands disposed of accordingly.
