Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and that

the investigation is still to be completed, I am not inclined to grant

bail to the petitioners at this stage.

In view of above these bail applications are accordingly

dismissed with liberty to file afresh bail application immediately

after filing of the charge-sheet.
