An application has been filed by the appellant for conversion

of the present S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal into D.B. Civil Misc. Appeal

as the appeal has been filed against the judgment dated

30.08.2019 passed by Commercial Court, Udaipur.

In view of the submissions made in the application, the same

is allowed. The appellant is permitted to convert the present

appeal into D.B. Civil Misc. Appeal on doing the needful i.e. filing

of extra sets etc..

The amended cause title filed is taken on record.
