19/07/2021 The bail application has been filed under Section 438 CrPC.

in connection with FIR No.409/2019 registered at A.C.B. Chowki,

Hanumangarh, for the offence under Section 7 of Prevention of

Corruption Act (Amended) 2018, whereupon the investigation was

commenced. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner moved the

bail application before the court below, which was dismissed.

Hence, the bail application has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material available on

record.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner's name figures in

the F.I.R. registered by ACB Chowki Hanumangarh under Section 7

of Prevention of Corruption Act (amended) 2018, no case of

anticipatory bail is made out.

The bail application is dismissed.
