In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being

taken while hearing the matter in Court.

Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the

controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by

the decision dated 08.07.2020 passed by the Jaipur Bench of this

Court rendered in Sampat Pashudhan Sahayak Prashikshan

Sansthan, Alwar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil

Writ Petition No.5798/2020) and other connected matters,

therefore, it is prayed that this writ petition be also disposed of in

the light of above referred decision.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms

of the decision dated 08.07.2020 passed by the Jaipur Bench of

this Court rendered in Sampat Pashudhan Sahayak

Prashikshan Sansthan, Alwar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5798/2020) and other connected

matters.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
