The Corpus has been produced before us by Shri Rajkumar,

SHO, PS Khatu Badi. Her date of birth is 04.07.2003 and she has

married respondent No.5 Naresh on 05.07.2021 after attaining the

age of majority. She states with full confidence and composure

that she has established voluntary relationship with Naresh and

has not been confined by anyone right from the time of her

alleged disappearance from the house of her father, the petitioner

herein.

We are of the view that the corpus being a major girl is

competent to take rational decision regarding her future course of

action and she is not under any illegal detention, we set her at

liberty. She is free to proceed as per her desire. The corpus shall

be safely escorted to the place of her desire.

The Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of. The rule is

discharged.
