This bail application under Sec.439 CrPC has been filed by

the petitioner in connection with FIR No.97/2020 registered at

Police Station Phalsund, District Jaisalmer for offence under

Sections 498A, 304-B, 302 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Looking to the nature of injuries on the body of the

deceased, it clearly shows that the deceased was first given

beating and then hanged. It is a prima facie case of offence under

Section 304B/302 IPC. No case for grant of bail is made out.

The bail application is dismissed.
