Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's

transfer vide order dated 25.05.2021 is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

                                         Meanwhile,   effect    and      operation        of      the   order   dated

25.05.2021, qua the petitioner shall remain stayed, if she has not

been relieved.
