The matter comes up for consideration of the application

dated 03.01.2020 (Inward no. 01/20) preferred on behalf of

(2 of 2) [CW-5594/2018]

respondent no. 4 under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India

with the prayer for vacation of the ex-parte interim order dated

22.07.2019 passed by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having

taken into consideration the fact that the writ petition has been

admitted by this Court on 22.07.2019, I do not find any case for

vacation of the ex-parte interim order dated 22.07.2019.

Hence, the application dated 03.01.2020 is dismissed

The interim order dated 22.07.2019 passed by this Court is

hereby confirmed till the final disposal of this writ petition.

The application dated 22.03.2021 stands disposed of.
