The petitioner has filed this revision for assailing the

judgment dated 25.02.2015, passed by the learned Special Judge,

SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Cases), Udaipur whereby, the

appeal against conviction and sentence for the offence punishable

under Section 138 N.I. Act was rejected. More than 5 years have

passed since the appeal of the petitioner was rejected, but till

date, he has not surrendered before the trial court.

Thus, the trial court i.e., Special Judicial Magistrate (N.I. Act

Cases) No.1, Udaipur is directed to forthwith take stringent steps

for apprehension of the accused and shall make him to serve out

the sentences awarded in this case. In case, the petitioner fails to

surrender before the trial court within next 15 days, and surrender

certificate is not filed on the record of the revision, the same shall

be rejected for want of prosecution. A report regarding arrest of

the petitioner shall be forwarded by the trial court to this Court by

the next date of hearing.
