The respondents have moved the present application, inter

alia, stating that the present petitioner has accepted a sum of Rs.

75,000/- in terms of the judgment dated 14.07.2011 passed by

the Division Bench of this Court in DBSAW No.275/2005.

Receipt and bond in this regard have been placed alongwith

the application.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed.

The present writ petition is disposed of as having become

infructuous.

Needless to observe that, if any of the petitioner's grievance

still remains, he shall be free to move appropriate application

including revival of the present writ petition.
