This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners being

aggrieved with the action of the respondent No.3 of not

conducting examinations of Diploma in Medical Laboratory

Technology within time and on account of that, the said course

which was required to be completed in two years is not being

completed within time.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 only, returnable on

22nd July, 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is free to serve notice of

this writ petition upon counsel for the respondents, who usually

appear before this court.
