1. Mr. Pandit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submits that by impugned order dated 3.12.2020, petitioner's
appointment has been cancelled after two years of his joining,
simply because the experience certificate submitted by the
petitioner was not found satisfactory by the committee.
2. He argues that the committee constituted pursuant to
Division Bench judgment could not have examined the experience
certificate or the entire selection process.
3. Matter requires consideration.
4. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also.
5. Mr. Kailash Choudhary, associate to Mr. Manish Vyas, AAG
accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

6. Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated
3.12.2020 shall remain stayed.
7. Connect with SBCWP No. 13332/2020 (Nilesh Vs. State).
8. The fact that the present interim order has been passed in
presence of Mr. Kailash Choudhary, shall not come in his way to
move an application for vacation of interim order.
