petitioner's transfer from Sub-Center Khetas PHC Ganthilasar,

Tehsil Nagaur, District Nagaur to Community Health Centre,

Ramgarh District Jaisalmer is contrary to judgment dated

15.01.2020, rendered by this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran

Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG, accepts notice and prays for four

weeks' time to file reply.
