1. Complainant-petitioner has filed this bail cancellation

application under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No. 453/2020 was registered at Police Station Tijara,

Bhiwadi for offence under Sections 498-A, 406, 304-A of I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the complainant-petitioner

that there is specific allegation against the accused-brother-in-law

of demand of dowry and beating the deceased.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. No ground is made out for entertaining the bail cancellation

application as the Court below vide a detailed order has allowed

the bail on merit. There is no error made by the Court below in

(2 of 2) [CRLBC-115/2020]

granting bail so as to cancel the bail.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Bail Cancellation Application

is dismissed.
