Petitioner has filed the petition under Section 439 Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R.

No.134/2018 registered at Police Station Losal, District Sikar

(Raj.) for offence under Sections 363/109, 366/109, 376(2)

(N)/109 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 16/17 of Protection

of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard.

Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on

merits by this court vide order dated 30.08.2019. There is no

change in circumstances warranting interference by this court.

Dismissed.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in

custody for the last more than two years, trial court is directed to

dispose of the trial expeditiously.
