Petitioner has filed the petition under Section 439 Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R.

No.130/2017 registered at Police Station Bapawar kala, District

Kota for offence under Sections 457, 458, 380, 392 Indian Penal

Code, 1860.

Heard.

Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on

merits by this court vide order dated 4.3.2020. There is no change

in circumstances warranting interference by this court.

Dismissed.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in

custody for the last more than two years, trial court is directed to

dispose of the trial expeditiously.
